Ergoscape was established in 2026 by Fran Ives, a Chartered Human Factors Specialist and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors. After early career experience in the automotive and nuclear sectors, Fran has spent more than twenty years applying Human Factors within healthcare, working across clinical services, organisational systems, innovation programmes, and large‑scale redesign projects. She brings a deep, practical understanding of how people, environments, tools, and systems interact and how Human Factors design can improve safety, wellbeing, and performance.
